Kettleman Ln, Lodi, CA 95240 SR007 37 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to install 2 turbines in the 87 STP sump and replace the existing <br /> turbine in the 91 STP sump and replace leak detectors in the 87 and 91 products on the <br /> underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been <br /> approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department�Od the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Fatinah Zareef at (209) 953-7311 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments).
