AuW TO USL `Z° IS B001" <br />The cover sheet ofis booklet contains use information about the <br />t es <br />underground faciliat your station. Depleting on the information <br />given, you must use different forms in this booklet: <br />1. If your station has any single wall product tanks, use Form C. <br />2. If your station has any double wall product tanks, use Form B. <br />3. If your station has a single wall waste oil tank, use Form D. <br />4. If your station has a double wall waste oil tank, use Form B. <br />5. If your station has any double wall piping, use Form B. <br />6. If your station has a piping trench liner, use Form B. <br />7. If your station has an electronic monitoring system for any double <br />wall piping or trench liner, you need not use Form B for any double <br />wall tanks or piping. <br />S. If your station has vadose or groundwater monitoring wells, you <br />still need to use Forms C and/or D as applicable. <br />9. If your station has other hazardous materials (see Daily Visual <br />Monitoring, below), you are responsible also for that portion of <br />Form B. <br />Also, all stations must complete Form A and send it in every 3 months to <br />the local agency shown on the cover sheet. <br />In case of a leak or spill, you must complete Form E to attach to Form A, <br />and you must send a copy of Form F to your UNOCAL Representative within <br />24 hours. You must also notify your representative by phone (and/or call <br />the UNOCAL Emergency Phone after hours). <br />Your must post a copy of Page 3 at a conspicuous location in your cashiers <br />area. <br />Your must keep a copy of Form H to document the training received by your <br />employees. <br />KEEP COPIES OF ALL FORMS YOU MAIL OUT! <br />DAILY VISUAL MONITORING <br />Hazardous Materials stored underground include: <br />Gasoline <br />Diesel Fuel <br />Waste Oil <br />These products are monitored for leaks in the underground tanks and <br />piping. <br />Hazardous Materials stored aboveground include: <br />Propane <br />Waste Oil (prior to dumping in underground tanks) <br />Motor Oil <br />Transmission Oil <br />Gear Lubricant (SOW/90) <br />Grease <br />Solvent (including parts <br />Battery Acid <br />Antifreeze <br />If your station stores any of <br />visually inspected every day <br />cleaners) <br />these materials, the storage areas must be <br />for signs of leakage. <br />If there is a leak or spill of any of the hazardous materials, whether <br />stored above or underground, you must follow the Emergency Response <br />Procedures outlined on Page 3, as applicable. <br />Page 4 of 10 <br />
