The diesel turbine sump sensor failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure <br />continuous monitoring of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an <br />audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. Correct <br />immediately by having a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component <br />with a functional component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within 1 business day <br />from the EHD. If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel <br />UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by December 28, 2012. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD Inspector: <br />Aris Cacapit (209) 468-3453 � <br />Received By: <br />��. �_?��� <br />Title: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 04/19/12 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
