Verify corrosion protection prior to backfill and pouring concrete. <br />b. Verify the spill container has a minimum capacity of 5 gallons. <br />c. One hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 91 direct bury spill container after <br />concrete is poured. <br />d. The test fluid should cover the top joint, and be no less than 1.5 inches below the <br />top of the 91 direct bury spill container, regardless of the spill container's <br />capacity. <br />e.
