INCON's TS-1000/4EFlsystem, with its enhanced features inter- face, is a complete automatic tank gauge (ATG) and leak detec- tion system for underground storage tanks (UST's). It is designed to provide the tank monitoring and automation features needed in applications ranging from retail gasoline stations to chemical plants at a cost much lower than comparable systems. The system provides complete inventory information for up to four tanks using state-of-the-art magnetostrictive level sensing tech- nology. The TS -1000/4 is also equipped to monitor leak detection sensors located in the interstitial space of double wall tanks or in sumps. You program the unit for a leak rate criterion and probability of detection, and the TS-1000EF1optimizes its test protocol to meet the actual regula- tions in your area. The TS -1000/4 can monitor 8 leak detection sensors, in the interstitial spaces, sumps and monitoring wells. The system allows you to assign a unique name to each sensor. This name is used when alarms are reported so that the TS-1000EF1 speaks to you in the language of your business and site. The TS -1000/4 includes powerful communication featureswhich make it easy to collect management data and to interface to other systems. Each TS-1000EF1 system includes a full fea- tured RS -232 communications port. It may be used for local communications with other equipment or to communicate with any Hayes compatible modem. It has full autodialing capability to allow it to send alarm messages to remote monitoring loca- tions. The TS-1000EF1communication protocol includes secu- rity features, error checking, and multi -drop capability. Reports can be printed automatically at programmable times on designated days. The system can detect and record deliveries into each tank.
