Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "This office does not <br /> have a copy of Financial Responsibility Letter from Chief Financial Office for 2004. Fill <br /> out provided form and submit a copy to this office by 2/16/04." In the corresponding <br /> Violation checklist, a check was placed next to "HSC 25292.2 Certification of financial <br /> responsibility and letter from chief financial officer." <br /> Response: In response to your request, enclosed you will find the 2004 Financial <br /> Responsibility Letter signed by the Chief Financial Officer. It is my understanding that a <br /> copy of the 2004 Financial Responsibility Letteris currently on file with the EHD for all <br /> stations owned by BP West Coast Products LLC (BP)in the EHD's jurisdiction. <br /> 2. Alleged Violation: The UST Program Inspection Report stated, "Liquid was found at <br /> spill bucket of all product tank. Immediately clean up these liquid and dispose properly. <br />
