This letter is in reference to the CUPA Permit which is <br />issued by your agency to the facilities listed below. <br />Pursuant to our conversation with Norva of your agency, our permits will be renewed, but will not be <br />received until after the expiration date of the existing permit. <br />Based on this information, BP will continue to operate under the existing permit previously issued by <br />your agency. We will also continue to follow-up as appropriate until the renewed permit is received. <br />BP is committed to the compliance of all environmental laws that govern the safe operations of <br />its facilities.
