Tracy Blvd., Tracy <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the 87 Master fill sensor(1-6)on the underground storage <br /> tank (UST)system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at(209)468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. If concrete will be broken near the UST and/or piping, a secondary containment test <br /> must be performed once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br /> guidelines. <br /> 5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the <br /> following: <br />
