Please be advised that the following violation(s) have been addressed. <br /> 1. Monitoring program is not current and approved by the local agency. New monitoring & <br /> response plan attached. <br /> 2. 2 employees need Designated Operator Training. Training records attached. <br /> 3. ATG Certification,leak detector testing and spill bucket testing late. Our schedule was <br /> mistakenly adjusted due to EVR upgrade testing in 2009. It has been reset and testing should be <br /> performed on time in the future. <br /> 4. 87&91 leak detectors not working properly.The leak detectors were repaired by Gettler <br /> Ryan, then retested and passed by Tanknology on 1/7/10 (results attached). <br /> 5. Hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days.Waste has been removed. <br /> It is our policy to address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail <br /> facilities immediately. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the items of alleged <br /> non-compliance associated with this inspection conducted on January 29, 2010, have been resolved.
