Tracy Blvd. <br /> Tray, CA <br /> Dear Inspector Michelle Henry: <br /> This letter has been prepared to provide a follow-up to the Notice of Violation for ARCO <br /> Facility No. 02093 located 3425 N. Tracy Blvd., Tray, CA dated November 26, 2008 <br /> (Attachment A). <br /> The inspection report stated that there were issues with CUPA Forms at the site. The <br /> following is BP's response to the items noted during the inspection on November 26, <br /> 2008. <br /> • CCR, Section 2711 (b) &(c): Current Unified Program Consolidated Forms on <br /> file with EHD (Facility and Tank Form). <br /> The Inspection Report states that at the time of the inspection, Facility& Tank Forms on <br /> file do not reflect the new operators/owners. <br /> On December 02, 2008, a testing contractor(Belshire)was dispatched to address the <br /> issues with the requested forms (TicketNo: 9497272). In addition, a copy of the corrected <br /> forms will be sent to the site. <br />
