Liddy McKenzie <br />Gettler-Ryan, Inc. <br />6805 Sierra Court, Suite G <br />Dublin, CA 94568 <br />Re: Arco #2093 <br />3425 Tracy Blvd., Tracy <br />e RE COPY <br />SR0070298, revised <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br />the application for a permit to replace the dispensers and install conversion frames (no piping <br />will be removed or replaced below the shear valve), replace the spill containers, replace the <br />UDC sump, fill sump, and STP sump sensors with 208 sensors, and perform a cold start of the <br />monitoring panel on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above noted address. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. (All inspections were completed on 9/19/14). <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm <br />history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system <br />and made available at the time of EHD inspection. Completed 9/19/14 <br />b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br />detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. Completed 9/19/14 <br />c. Overfill prevention verification: Verify that external audio and visual alarm activates <br />when tank is 90% full. Completed 9/19/14 <br />d. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. Completed 9/19/14 <br />e. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br />sumps (UDCs) Completed 9/19/14 <br />f.
