The permit has been approved with the following conditions: Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits and requirements. 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. 3. Contact Stacy Rivera at (209) 468-3440 to arrange the following inspection appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. (All inspections were completed on 9/19/14). a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. Completed 9/19/14 b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. Completed 9/19/14 c. Overfill prevention verification: Verify that external audio and visual alarm activates when tank is 90% full. Completed 9/19/14 d. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. Completed 9/19/14 e.
