This <br />evaluation has been per-forned in accordance with the Evaluation Protocol for Continuous <br />In -Tank Leak Detection Systems, MIU, April 7, 1995. We are pleased to inform you that <br />the enclosed description sheet (Enclosure 1) will be included in our next leak detection <br />equipment List. , <br />Please, note that this system is approved as "Other Test Methods" under the provisions of <br />Caiiforma, Code of Regulations.Title 23, .Section 2643(b)(59. In accordance :with our <br />review, this system is accepted as a sand -alone monthly monitoring method for <br />underground storage tanks. The system mus complete a conclusive test report every <br />month. We understand that there have been no hardware or sofrware•c.�ranges to :his <br />system to obtain recertification under the April 7, 1995 protocol (Enclosure 2). <br />Our review heips California's local agencies to Implement the underground storage tank <br />regulations.
