ECI IS �N 2 <br />EMERGENCY PROCEDURES <br />In the event of an em=ergency the fol lowi ng persons wi 1 i be <br />r,espon:si bl - for- the safety of those involved: <br />Store Manager,: In the event of fir -e or, fuel spill, push <br />EMERGENCY PUMP STOP, call 911, notify <br />emergency contact people, evacuate if <br />necessary, and attempt to contain witty <br />absorbent, or use fire extinguisher if <br />situation if safe to do so. In the event that <br />the moni tori ng pr,ocedur,es on site suggest an <br />under,gr•ound leak, notify Frank Gui nta, •_rr . <br />Attempt to deter,mi ne the cause of the leak, <br />is it a mec,iani cal or, equipment fai i ur,e , <br />human er,r,or• in leak detection procedr_rr•e, or, <br />actual leak. <br />Asst. Manager,: When not working with Store manager duties <br />ar•e same as above. When wor,ki ng with store <br />manager-, assist in car•r•yi ng out above <br />pr•ocedur•es . <br />Employee: When on a shift without management <br />supervision the employee will follow the <br />procedures outlined for Store Manager,. If a <br />manager, is present the employee will do as <br />instructed by the manager. <br />Frank Gui nta Jr,.: In the event that an under•gr•ound leak is <br />detected, he will notify Moore Petroleum and <br />Shaw's Maintenance.
