Main Street, Manteca. <br />Jack, <br />I have reviewed the above mentioned application plans and I am prepared to approve them as soon as the <br />following items are addressed. <br />1. I will need from you a Fire Permit # from Manteca F.D. <br />2. Please provide the 1746 UL listing for the tanks and the appropriate UL listing for the flex connector <br />boots. <br />3. The blue prints submitted do not show backfill materials or cathotic protection for corrodible piping <br />below grade. Please specify these items. <br />4. Please provide buoyancy calculations for these tanks stamped by a state certified engineer. <br />5. Manufacturer installation instructions for tanks must be submitted with plans and plans must state that <br />tank will be installed as per instructions. <br />6. Please submit a Monitoring and Response Plan for this site. <br />7. Please provide model numbers for all sensors to be installed at this site. <br />8. Please specify if sensors will provide automatic shutdown in case of release or loss of connection. If <br />not annual line tightness tests will be required. <br />9. Please specify that A 1100 Guardian Overfill Prevention Valve will shut off delivery at 95% of tank <br />capacity. <br />10. You will need to state in writing that U.S.A. Dig will be contacted prior to excavation. <br />11. Please specify where old tanks were located with respect to the location of new tanks in a scaled <br />drawing. <br />12.
