Main Street, Manteca <br />EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: <br />AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT NO. <br />Date March 18, 1986 <br />AP 84-16 <br />.Modification of the Dispensing System and Associated Phase II Vapor Recovery System <br />CONDITIONS: <br />1. All dispensers shall be equipped with high -retractor or high -hang hose configuration. <br />2. At least 95% by weight of all gasoline vapors displaced during the filling of storage <br />tanks and the refueling of vehicles shall be prevented from entering the atmosphere. <br />3. Nozzles shall be operated in a manner preventing the spilling of liquid gasoline during <br />refueling and disconnect from vehicles. <br />4. All vapor line connections, fittings, lines and caps, and seals between nozzles and <br />vehicles shall be vapor tight. <br />5. Installation of vapor control system other than authorized by this authority shall <br />void this Authority to Construct. <br />6. The permittee shall arrange for District inspection of all underground pipings prior <br />to backfilling. <br />7. The permittee shall comply with all applicable provisions of AB 1362. <br />This AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT shall expire and the application shall be cancelled two <br />years from the date of issuance unless it is renewed. (Rule 205 - Cancellation of <br />Application). It is the applicant's responsibility to comply with all laws, ordinances <br />and regulationsof other governmental agencies which are applicable to the equipment to <br />be constructed. Please notify the Air Pollution Control District at (209) 466-6781 or <br />or 462-8526 when construction of equipment is completed.
