California Code of Regulations, section <br />2715(a which reads "The owner shall inform the local agency of any -change <br />of designated UST operator(s) no later than 30 days after the change." <br />Please submit the last three monthly designated operator inspection reports and <br />the enclosed notification form, identifying the new designated operator(s) for the <br />site, within 10 days of receiving this letter.
