Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Mark Barcellos, R.E.H.S. <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has <br />information that the underground storage tank (UST) designated operator for the <br />above-mentioned facility may be different from the name previously submitted to <br />EHD. if true, this is a violation of Title 23, California Code of Regulations, section <br />2715(a) which reads "The owner shall inform the local agency of any change <br />of designated UST operator(s) no later than 30 days after the change." <br />Please submit the last three monthly designated operator inspection reports and <br />the enclosed notification form, identifying the new designated operator(s) for the <br />site, within 10 days of receiving this letter.
