Weber Ave. <br />Stockton, Ca. 95202 <br />Subject: You asked for a scope of work at Super Stop @ 290 N. Main Street Manteca, Ca. We pretty much <br />followed Afford -A -Test suggestions. We did not find any leaks in the Super, but did in the Regular. It is <br />possible they mixed up the two products. <br />I ) We tightened the Brovo nuts on the bottoms of the boxes, Premium, Regular and Diesel. <br />2) Placed test valve in sump boot on premium line. <br />3) Filled electrical conduit ELL with compound in diesel sump. <br />4) Filled electrical conduit ELL with compound in each dispenser pan. <br />5) Broke concrete in front of diesel dispenser. Found S/S band was loose. Tightened and tested prior to <br />replacing concrete. <br />6) Tested all lines and found no additional leaks. <br />7) Informed owner and he scheduled test for April 9'h, 2003. <br />Respectfully, <br />ck Coffelt <br />
