The repairs must follow the manufacturers instructions for the piping. <br />2. All fittings must bear a UL label. <br />3. All parts of the UST system must have corrosion protection. <br />4. EHD must witness a soap test on replaced fittings and a line test that holds <br />pressure for 30 minutes. <br />5. Submit a complete description of the work performed. <br />6. Any further repairs to the system must be approved through EHD and must be <br />amended to this permit. <br />7. After concrete is poured, a third party tank line tightness test must be performed <br />and the results sent to EHD within 7 days of testing. <br />8.
