Incorrect mechanical line leak detectors on the 91 <br /> octane tank and incorrect fill components installed on all tanks were indicated. The monitoring plan must be uploaded <br /> to the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, <br /> and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> No copies of the monitoring and response plans were available onsite at the time of inspection and no access to the <br /> CERS website was available onsite. Ensure that copies of the aforementioned documents are available for inspection <br /> at any time. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 201 CCR 2712(b) Failed to maintain alarm logs and/or records of follow up actions. <br /> Not all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were available onsite, Mr. Dua stated that"a few <br /> are missing" and are with the site's bookkeeper for tax reporting purposes. These records shall be maintained on site <br /> for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2) monitoring <br /> equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3) results of any visual observations; (4) results of sample analysis <br /> performed a lab or in the field; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water <br /> elevations, or other test results; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations.
