Please refer to Section 24 Environmental Compliance subsection 5 (c). <br /> For your convenience you will find the following attached: <br /> • Copy of the letter to the Agency(please maintain in tab#15 of your Environmental Records Box) <br /> • Agency Inspection Report(tab#15) <br /> • Monitoring Alarm Log(recommend posting alarm log for the current month on a clipboard by your <br /> Veeder Root TLS-350) <br /> To ensure your facility is brought back to compliance please maintain all maintenance work orders in tab# <br /> 5 of your Environmental Records Box. Monitoring alarm logs which are from previous months should be <br /> maintained in tab#14. Please note that all alarms(with the exception of low level fuel alarms which shall <br /> be called into Fuel Dispatch for fuel delivery)should be called in to SolvOne immediately in order to <br /> ensure that a service vendor investigates and makes appropriates repairs. <br /> For additional questions or concerns feel free to contact me at(510)245-5176.
