Phillips Petroleum Company meets the insurance <br />coverage requirements set forth under 40 CFR § 280.97. It is intended that this financial <br />responsibility likewise satisfy the requirements of authorized state programs. <br />Phillips provides this financial responsibility for all underground storage tanks at retail locations, <br />terminals and bulk plants which are owned and/or operated by all Phillips entities including <br />Tosco Corporation and Circle K Stores Inc. <br />The information enclosed consists of a Certificate of Insurance and a Certification of Financial <br />Responsibility in the form prescribed by the federal regulations. I am attaching site list for you r <br />jurisdiction, according to our database.
