The operator is to report all audible or visual alarm conditions that may indicate a potential release to <br />the TOSCO Field Representative or District Manager as well as the responsible party for maintenance, listed under 05. State the Preventati*te AAaintenance Schedule for the Monitoring Equipment <br />As recommended by the Manufacturer, the electronic monitoring system is certified annually by a third -patty contractor. Repairs are made by the responsible listed under45 upon notification by <br />the station Operator. The station operator is responsible for maintaining copies of testing results and repair records on site and available for agency inspectors. The 3rd -party testing <br />requirements and frequencies for the tank system are summarized below. <br />Contractor Tank Tightness Testing Requirements/Frequency hilae and Other USTSystem Testing JRequfrements/Frequency <br />Contractor testing of the primary tank is not required. <br />Contractor testing of the primary piping is not required_ <br />The tank secondary containment is tested per manufacturer's specifcatiens <br />every 3 years in accordance with CCR Title 23 Section 2637. Secondary containment testing forturbine sumps and dispenser pans is conducted <br />every 3 years per manufacturer's specification under CCR Title 23. <br />m� <br />8. Describe the Training Needed for the Operation of Both the Tank System and the Monitoring Equipment: <br />o <br />The operator has been trained to check the lank system andfor monitor daily for proper operation. Summary of Site Operator Requirements: <br />For pipes monitored electronically, the site operator is to calf the speeffied maintenance company to report monitoring alarms and maintain a record of all monitoring ararms and repairs. For <br />double wall tanks monitored by interstitial probes, the monitoring equipment must be continousty operational with probes in place_ Report all non -inventory moniloring alarms to the specified <br />maintenance company and keep a record of alarms and repair work performed.
