Yosemite Ave. Manteca, CA. <br />Conditions for approval: <br />1. The primary and secondary piping must undergo the testing <br />criteria of PHS-EHD, as indicated on installation plan <br />application. <br />2. All containment sumps must undergo the lake sump test <br />criteria of PHS-EHD, as indicated on the installation plan <br />application. <br />3. In order for the facility to receive the exemption from the <br />annual line test the pump system must demonstrate positive <br />automatic shut -down. The monitoring system must be able to <br />kill the turbine when the probe senses a leak, malfunctions <br />or when any part of the monitoring system is disconnected. <br />4. Tanks and lines must tested for tightness using a State <br />approved method. The test must be conducted by a licensed <br />tank tester. <br />5.
