Provide an approved method to secondarily contain the piping <br /> without the use of flexible boots. <br /> RESPONSE: Flexible boots are not used as secondary containment in any areas, they are <br /> used as cathodic protection of flexible connectors on piping not requiring <br /> secondary containment. <br />
