The plan is lacking the following information: <br />1. It was stated that existing penetrations will be used. Are the existing penetration compatible with the piping used - need approval <br />from manufacturer. <br />2. Provide length of piping information for leak detector performance. <br />3. Which laboratory will be used for analytical. <br />4. Page #1 of the UST retrofit is not signed by the owner under billing information, who will be responsible for the payment <br />of time billed beyond the permit fees. <br />5. How will the existing product piping be disposed. <br />6. Will concrete be broken during construction. <br />7. What method of sampling will be used. <br />I will be in training for next two weeks.
