The plan is lacking the following information: <br />1. It was stated that existing penetrations will be used. Are the existing penetration compatible with the piping <br />used - need approval from manufacturer. <br />2. Provide length of piping information for leak detector performance. <br />a"Which laboratory will be used for analytical. <br />. Page #1 of the UST retrofit is not signed by the owner under billing information, who will be responsible for <br />the payment of time billed beyond the permit fees. <br />5.
