The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Garrett Backus at (209) 468-2986 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br />aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br />approval. <br />a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br />ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br />California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br />b. Corrosion protection: Verify corrosion protection for direct bury spill bucket prior to <br />backfilling (inspection only applies if concrete is broken and pea gravel is excavated). <br />c. Spill bucket test: Verify minimum 5 -gallon capacity and pass a one hour hydrostatic <br />test (or equivalent). Proper drainage must also be verified. <br />Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 87 or 91 tank prior to <br />the EHD inspection and approval. <br />4. If concrete will be broken near the UST, a secondary containment test must be <br />performed on the UST once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's <br />guidelines. <br />
