The plan <br />contains policies for monitoring frequency, monitoring equipment, report/ <br />recordkeeping, testing, and a leak response plan. This plan shall be kept on file for <br />viewing by regulatory agencies. Additionally, monitoring records must be maintained <br />for 3 years. <br />FORM= 129M <br />1 - 10,000 Gallon - Regular Unleaded Gasoline <br />1 - 8,000 Gallon - Plus Unleaded Gasoline <br />1 - 6,000 Gallon - Super Unleaded Gasoline <br />1 - 500 Gallon - Waste Oil <br />The gasoline tanks and are single -walled and constructed of fiberglass. The waste oil <br />tank is single -walled and constructed of steel. The piping running from the tanks tilt <br />the pumps is single -walled and constructed of fiberglass. <br />3.0 MONITORING OF LISTs <br />The station uses the Veeder-Root TLS -250 System for monitoring the gasoline and <br />waste oil USTs. The underground piping running from the tanks to the pump islands <br />is monitored by mechanical Red Jacket leak detectors. <br />The Veeder Root TLS 250 System monitors the volume in each single-wall tank. The <br />automatic volume gauging is performed monthly. The sytern is tested annually and <br />certified to work properly. <br />2869R125.wPb 1 <br />
