The Station Manager periodically inspects thA <br />site to ensure a safe work environment. Additionally, employees receive verbal <br />training in the following areas: <br />1 . Emergency shut-off switch location and activatio <br />2. Emergency response notification procedure; <br />3. Shut -down operations; and <br />4. Spill clean-up. I <br />Tank and meter inventory reconciliation forms shall be completed by the <br />dealer/manager, or his/her designee, on a daily basis. The facility completes the <br />following forms: <br />1. Inventory Control Program Daily Tank Reconciliation Form <br />2. Meter Worksheet <br />3. Inventory Control Program Receipts, Sales and Overages Worksheet <br />4.
