Louise Ave
Lathrop, Ca.
This letter is in response to our conversation of March 31, 1997.
During the conversation the status of the proposed removal was
discussed. You informed me that the job was put-out to bid and
that the contractor has been named. You also informed me that
paper work was being completed to get monies allocated to the
job. The required time to complete this process was discussed and
you were unsure as to a completion date. This Department received
the necessary information to approve the removal plan. The plan
was approved and the permit issued, by this Department, on March
31, 1997. The permit is valid for 90 days. If the removal does
not take place within that period of time the permit will not be
extended and an office hearing will be scheduled.
If you have any questions in regards to this matter please
contact me at (209)468-0332.
Ernest M.
