Hospital Road <br />A recent review of the underground storage tank (UST) file for the above referenced facility <br />indicated that this office has not received your annual monitoring. According to Title 23, <br />California Code of Regulations, Section 2637 (b), this testing must be performed at least once <br />every 12 months. <br />If these tests have not been performed in accordance with the required time frames, then <br />schedule the monitoring certification with a certified technician by November 26, 2003. <br />In addition, this office must be notified of the test date and time 48 hours prior to performing any <br />of the above tests. Results from the above testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of <br />the test completion. <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter you may contact Steven C.
