The dispenser containment sumps must be equipped with a sensor as <br />indicated by cut -sheet, equipment list and Harry Kester of Elite IV Contractors. <br />2. The contractor must submit a detailed "as built" drawing at time of final <br />inspection. <br />3. The piping to be used is Ameron dualoy 3000L as indicated by cut -sheet. <br />4. Any changes in the plan or equipment that is plan to be used must have prior <br />approval by PHS-EHD. <br />5. All equipment must be installed per manufactures recommendations and in <br />accordance with Title 23 CCR. <br />6. Line leak detectors must be installed as indicated on the equipment list. <br />7.
