I would like to address each issue.
#12 and#32. On April 24, 2009 Walton Engineering was dispatched to 983 Moffat Blvd, Manteca fora 1-2: Sensor out alarm;
(Service Technician-Ernie Felix). Upon arrival Ernie trouble shot dispenser#7/8. Checked out the TLS and found a loose nut
on the wire for that sensor. He tightened the nut and cleared the alarm to"All Functions Normal"and tested for proper
functions. The sensor was working fine. He did not replace any wires or replace the sensor. In this case because nothing
was repaired or replaced it is our view that no permit is required.
I have attached a copy of Work Order 15990 from 4-24-09.
#38.Walton missed one tag during the Monitoring System Cert on March 26, 2009.That tag has been corrected.
i
1
Thank you
Dulcinea Webb
Compliance Manager
Walton Engineering, Inc.
(916)373-1166 Office
(916)373-1173 Fax
i
8/18/2009
