The permit has been <br />approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br />District for any applicable permits and requirements, <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHO for approval <br />prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones, <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments).
