This <br />information was required to be submitted by April 25, 2013. This information has not been received resulting in a <br />non-compliant status for this facility. <br />Copies of the Underground Storage Tank and Hazardous Waste inspection reports were provided to the manager at <br />the facility on March 27, 2013. In addition, copies of the inspection reports were sent via email to <br />1523paul@ginail.com to Paul Singh and 2799pau1 ,amail.com to Paul Dhillon on April 4, 2013. <br />A phone call reminder was made to Paul Dhillon on May 1, 2013 that the Return to Compliance documentation was <br />past due. At the request of Paul Dhillon, another copy of the same inspection reports was sent to the same emails on <br />May 1, 2013. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($125).
