It has been one week and I have not still received the documents. <br />Paul Singh, please contact me if you have any question how to fill out the documents. I have revised the LIST OIR and <br />Afforda-test was schedule to be on site today to complete testing on the diesel mechanical line leak detector testing <br />because on March 25, 2013, there was insufficient fuel to conduct the test. When the technician was on site today, he <br />found the store closed with a sign that says "Temporary closed" and no employees on site.
