I have revised the UST OIR and <br />removed violation 999. HSC 25185(c)(3) as the regulations does not apply to the Underground Storage tank regulations. <br />Afforda-test was schedule to be on site today to complete testing on the diesel mechanical line leak detector testing <br />because on March 25, 2013, there was insufficient fuel to conduct the test. When the technician was on site today, he <br />found the store closed with a sign that says "Temporary closed" and no employees on site.
