I will <br /> forward this list to the appropriate inspector to be sure you receive a copy of any inspection <br /> reports at those facilities. I have enclosed a copy of the list with the inspector's name for <br /> each facility, as you requested. <br /> I would like to clarify San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health's <br /> position on obtaining permits and notification. The only time you may notify us after the <br /> repair is made is when it is a leak detector being replaced. Any other time you or your <br /> contractor must obtain a permit prior to performing any work at the site. I apologize if I led <br /> you to believe otherwise.
