A leak is declared if the output of the measurement system equals or <br />exceeds this threshold. <br />Applicability: <br />Gasoline, diesel, aviation fuel and solvents. <br />Specification: <br />System tests pressurized fiberglass or steel pipelines. <br />Tests are conducted at operating pressure. <br />Pipeline Capacity: <br />Maximum of 129 gallons. <br />Waiting Time: <br />None between dispensing and testing. <br />None between delivery and testing. <br />Test Period: <br />Response time is 5 seconds. <br />System Features: <br />Permanent installation on pipeline. <br />Automatic testing of pipeline. <br />Preset threshold. <br />Single test to determine if pipeline is leaking. <br />LD2000 - restricts flow to dispenser if leak is declared. <br />LD2000S - pump shutoff if leak is declared. <br />Calibration: <br />System must be checked annually for capability of detecting a line leak <br />of 3.0 gph. <br />Vaporless Manufacturing Evaluator: Ken Wilcox Associates <br />9234 E.
