Contact the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and local Fire <br />Department for all necessary permits if applicable. <br />2. The installation must follow the manufacturers instructions. <br />3. EHD must witness a measurement of the drop tube to determine 95% shutoff for <br />overfill protection. <br />4. EHD must witness the testing of the spill containment with water for 30 minutes. <br />5. A site health and safety plan must be available onsite for review during <br />construction. <br />6.
