Olive St., Stockton <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is the Official Inspection Report of the routine inspection and monitoring certification. The following <br />violations are Class II repeats: <br />13. The Bravo box float and chain for 87 octane tank in the UDC of Dispenser #1-2 failed to stop the flow <br />of product at the dispenser when tested. <br />-- All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow <br />of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. <br />* The service technician adjusted the chain and verified functionality. This violation has been <br />corrected on site. <br />21. Liquid was observed in the 87 and 91 octane STP sumps and fill sumps. <br />-- If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed <br />and disposed of properly. <br />* Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations, and manage it accordingly. Ensure that the sump is maintained free of liquid. The service <br />technician removed the liquid from all four above sumps and disposed liquid to Hazardous Waste <br />Container stored in the back of the store. This violation has been corrected on site. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($1 <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD In pecto : <br />Received B : <br />Title: <br />V <br />EHD 23-02-00 R 6/01/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
