Item #3. Updated UST Facility and Tank Forms are attached. r <br />2. Item #5. Updated UST Monitoring and Response Plan is attached. <' <br />3. Item #18. The 87 spill bucket replaced and retested. Result attached. <br />4. Item #21. Corrected on site. Fill sump water was removed and placed in <br />the on site HW drums. <br />5. A signed Return to Compliance Certification ( related to UST issues) is rr"" <br />attached. <br />6. Item #20 & #21. Quik Stop's District Advisor was instructed to discuss-, <br />HW storage and labeling requirements with the store's Franchisee. <br />7. Item #30. HW manifests for 9/26/06 and 1/23/09 are attached. Any other, <br />manifest copies should have been located in the store's Hazardous <br />Materials Compliance Manual (red binder, Tab 2). <br />8. Item #86. Called for pick-up and disposal on 9/4.
