(UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br />bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br />6. A "Certificate of Compliance for Underground Storage Tank Installation Form C" for the <br />diesel tank shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) <br />2635(d)] within 30 days after work is completed, before this repair is considered <br />complete by the EHD. <br />9. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br />prior to commencing work.
