Since the test results indicate a leak rate of less than the <br /> allowed 0.05 gallons per hour, the system is considered to be "hghf. <br /> The test results must be retained on-site by the facility as specified by the operating <br /> permit. The contractor has submitted these test results to the local permitting <br /> agency. <br /> This office is in a three-year program to provide tank level monitoring equipment (TLM) for <br /> existing single-walled tanks. Until the TLMs are installed, each facility shall perform daily <br /> manual liquid level measurements and inventory reconciliation during the interim.
