No.: GST 810 <br />Precision tank system test results for tanks tested at your facility, as <br />identified in the report(s) are attached for your use. Since the test results <br />indicate a leak rate of less than the allured 0.05 gallons per hour, the system is <br />considered to be "tight". _ <br />Zhe test results should be presented to the local permitting agency as <br />requested or retained on-site as specified by your operating permit. <br />The use of monitoring Alternative No. 8 (interim monitoring alternative) should be <br />continued until monitoring equipment is installed or review of existing monitoring <br />procedures are ccupleted by Office of time State Architect (OSA) and approved by <br />the Local Enforcing Agency (IEA). OSA is currently engaged in an evaluation and <br />analysis of the various monitoring alternatives acceptable to the various LEA's an <br />a statewide basis. In the interim, "vadoss" type monitoring systems will be <br />installed as required by leak detection plans on file with this office.
