Green Corp. <br />5088 Hillsdale Circle <br />Eldorado Hills, Ca 95630 <br />RE: Upgrade of piping system located at 2000 Stimpson Ave. <br />Stockton, CA. <br />Conditions for approval: <br />1. Vent lines must be sloped back to the tank 1/4 inch per <br />foot. <br />2. Vent lines must have ball check valve. <br />3. All sumps must be monitored with a probe. <br />4. All sumps must undergo a lake test. <br />5. Tank and lines must undergo a tightness by a State <br />approved method. Prior to being placed into service. <br />6. Tank must be equiped with overfill protection. <br />7. Monitoring and response plan must be submitted, for <br />approval, prior to final inspection. <br />8. Positive auto shut-off must shut down the turbine when <br />the probe senses a leak, the probe malfunctions, or any <br />portion of the monitoring system is disconnected. <br />If you have any questions in regard to this matter, contact me at <br />(209)468-0332. <br />Ernest M.
