Vent lines must be sloped back to the tank 1/4 inch per <br />foot. <br />2. Vent lines must have ball check valve. <br />3. All sumps must be monitored with a probe. <br />4. All sumps must undergo a lake test. <br />5. Tank and lines must undergo a tightness by a State <br />approved method. Prior to being placed into service. <br />6. Tank must be equiped with overfill protection. <br />7. Monitoring and response plan must be submitted, for <br />approval, prior to final inspection. <br />8.
