Prior to fuel delivery: <br />a. Volume of residual quantity shall be monitored. <br />b. Volume of JP -4 fuel quantity to be delivered shall be certified <br />by duty personnel and verified via print-out of electronic guage. <br />C. In addition, the volume of fuel to be deposited into the tank <br />shall be guaged and monitored by the supplier at the bulk <br />storage plant prior to delivery. <br />d.
