Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution for their permit requirements. <br />2. An ICC certified UST Installer/Retrofitter must be present when work is being performed. <br />3. Once concrete is poured, a third party certified tank integrity test must be performed on the <br />supreme tank and results received by this office within 7 days of completing the work. <br />4. Once concrete is poured, a third party certified line integrity test must be performed on all <br />product pipe that has been exposed and results received by this office within 7 days of <br />completing the work. <br />6. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />7. Contact EHD for to arrange a primary piping inspection. <br />8. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />9.
