The items that <br />were noted on your inspection report on 12/3/09 have been corrected. The used lamps that were <br />on site have been removed from the site by our in-house service tech and have been disposed of. <br />Our tech has also been instructed not to leave any used bulbs on site. <br />I have included a current Form B for the Red Diesel, an updated site map, an updated Emergency <br />Response plan and an updated Monitoring plan. <br />Also included is an updated Designated Operator statement and copies of the certifications.
